SnagIt allows me to take Screen captures, edit the pictures, add notes, call outs and so much more. I strongly recommend you to download their 30 day trial and give it a go. Brilliant program and definitely worth it. I was using Photoshop but SnagIT is a really quick and easy way to do fast creations of pictures.
