A lot do, although there are plenty of concerns about Google’s privacy policy I’ve read (i.e. they track user’s movement on the net who have not agreed to the policy). For that reason among others, Firestats can be a good alternative.

Does Google Analytics offer much more than something like Firestats, other than the ability to set goals? I have both enabled on my site but usually just check Firestats.
